Clarifier Covers

IEC’s Flexible Clarifier Cover system can be used on clarifiers and tanks of all sizes. Each cover is constructed of industrial-grade, UV-protected geomembrane with an anticipated service life of 15-20 years.

Maintenance friendly
A stainless-steel tensioning system distributes the load evenly around the tank circumference. If large equipment needs to be installed or removed, the cover can be disassembled and removed in approximately a ½ day.

Weatherproof
Each cover is custom designed for local wind, rain and snowfall conditions.

Long lifespan

Sludge Tank Covers

Sludge tank covers offer effective odor control for bio-solids tanks or any basin where hydrogen sulfide gas (H2S) is a problem.

This cover system is available in both gas-tight and semi gas-tight options. Both designs use an impermeable flexible membrane that contain odors.
