ADEKOM BIOGAS COMPRESSOR & TREATMENT PACKAGE FOR BIOGAS POWER GENERATION AND BIOGAS UPGRADING TO RNG APPLICATION

ADEKOM’s biogas screw compressor is fitted with the most advanced and market-proven European rotary screw biogas gas end. Every component like the gas-end, inlet filter, gas/oil separator, cooler, control system, and pipework are all mounted on a baseplate fully connected and wired inside a sheet metal canopy suitable for outdoor installation. The package is ready to be connected directly to the plant. Inspection doors are installed to allow easy access and conduct routine maintenance. The compressor package is suitable for full capacity 24/7 round-the-clock operation. Compressor installation is simple, has no foundation requirement and is ready for start-up after gas and power cable connection.

Our system’s main characteristics include:

• Microprocessor based, completely automatic for continuous operation;
• Explosion proof with gas detector;
• Inverter controlled for wide gas flow range modulation;
• Weather proof (outdoor installation);
• Air-cooled or water-cooled design and built for ambient from -20 to 45 degrees Celsius;
• Single unit Free Gas Delivery up to 4,560 Nm3/h;
• One-stage compression with operating pressure up to 17 bar(g), two-stage compression for higher pressure;
• All parts in contact with gas are made in stainless steel;
• Final filtration (with discharge gas oil level down to 0.01 ppm) as option;
• Siloxane removal system as option;
• Block canopy or 20/40 foot containerized design;
• Compact size, low noise and vibration levels, easy maintenance and reliable operation over time.

Specifically designed in compliance with ATEX or NEC/NEMA/UL standards for electricals and PED or ASME for pressure vessels.
