Applied Compression Systems designs and manufactures electric motor driven, natural gas engine driven or hydraulic motor driven natural gas compression equipment primarily in the range of 5 to approximately 750 HP.

Our products range from smaller compressors for stripper-well applications to larger rotary screw, rotary vane and balanced horizontally opposed reciprocating compressors for larger capacity and higher pressure applications.

These cost effective, dependable and user-friendly packages are available as basic open style skids or fully housed and heated units specifically suited for the harsh winter climates of Northern Canada and the United States.

With this in mind, we have developed a range of natural gas compressor packages that allow us to easily match a unit to your specifications and budget.

• Medium Pressure Gas Compressor Packages: Vector 1000G Series medium pressure gas compressors are designed and built to service inert and sweet gas applications where pressures from 250 – 1000 PSIG are required.
• Rotary Vane Gas Compressor Packages: Vector 5800 Series compressor packages are widely used for digester agitation applications where the biogas is taken from the top of the dome and re-injected at the bottom of the digester to provide uniform conditions.
• Single Stage Electric Motor Driven Rotary Screw Gas Compressor Packages: The Vector 6200 Series is our premium rotary screw gas compressor package and is designed specifically for applications requiring a high level of control and where an electronic interface is required between the control valves and the compressor control panel.
• Two Stage Electic Motor Driven Rotary Screw Gas Compressor Packages: Two-stage rotary screw compressors are very costeffective for handling high volumes of gas at higher pressures in field gathering, vapor recovery and other applications. The work is divided between two-stages reducing the forces on the rotating elements and bearings.
• Non-Lubricated Reciprocating Gas Compressor Packages: Vector 6700 compressor packages are used in a wide variety of applications, each with unique conditions. We can provide expert assistance in selecting the right compressor, the right options and the right accessories for your application.
• Oil-Free Gas Compressor Packages: These compressors are well suited for handling a wide range of industrial gases, including propane, butane, butadiene, propylene, vinyl chloride as well as many others, such as ammonia, carbon dioxide, syngas, and nitrogen.
