ECOVALIM collects bio-waste from food and catering professionals of all types. At its site in Vourles (69), bio-waste is deconditioned and transformed into a 100% organic soup before being sent to the methanizer for material and energy recovery. The energy produced is then used to supply local heating and transport networks.
