Since then, CCM2 has continued to expand its client base and market share working with large public, parapublic, corporate and private clients. Its services are based on a wide range of achievements and a very diversified experience. CCM2 has completed more than 1500 architectural projects throughout Quebec. The firm stands out in the industry for the quality of its achievements and its ability to produce distinctive architectural concepts while respecting budgets and deadlines. Finally, CCM2 has been a member of the Canada Green Building Council since 2004 and its sensitivity towards sustainable development has driven it to complete more than fourteen (14) buildings according to LEED or sustainable development criteria, three (3) of which are LEED certified, one (1) LEED-Silver and one (1) LEED-GOLD.

CCM2 has at heart the protection of the environment through its architectural practice. The firm pays close attention to the relationship between the building and its environment, whether urban or natural, aiming for an integration that produces a dynamic relationship where architecture and environment feed off each other. All of the firm’s new constructions meet or exceed the objectives of ecoENERGY certification.

The firm has significant expertise in industrial projects. For instance, the firm has recently completed projects for biogas plants, food plants, a cogeneration plant, and a variety of industrial projects that integrate plants integrating complex mechanical process.

The firm has distinguished itself through its ability to find viable and sustainable solutions to functional problems. Its dynamic team has also acquired, through its multiple projects, an extensive knowledge of technical issues related to corrosion risks, control of toxic gas, regulatory research and related occupant safety. These numerous industrial projects have also helped the firm better understand the issues related to BIM design, ensuring the added value in terms of interdisciplinary coordination. Furthermore, the experience of the Ajax cogeneration plant, for which the firm acted as BIM manager, not only allowed for the integration of all disciplines related to building engineering, but also for the integration of a complex mechanical process that required rigorous coordination during all stages of the project.
