About Membrane Systems Europe B.V.

Membrane Systems Europe B.V. is specialized in the design, production and installation of 100% high frequently welded double membrane covers & biogas domes, silo covers and concrete protection. Membrane Systems Europe BV (MSE) is part of the Serge Ferrari Group, producer of reinforced technical textiles, listed at the French stock market. MSE is worldwide leader in the biogas market for double membrane covers. MSE and her partners and have installed over 7.000 membranes in more than 70 countries in the recent 30 years.

Products of Membrane Systems Europe BV are statically calculated according to Eurocode 1 (Germany DIN 1055). Products comply to the highest European standards for amongst others snowload and windload.

Products comply, on request, with recent TRAS 120 regulations.

MSE double membrane covers have the following distinctive characteristics:

• Optimal design (parallel or radial) in order to distribute forces in covers, certificated in Germany (pressure of 40 mBar!)
• Diameter up to 55 m.
• Certificated ‘high-frequent-welding’ procedures (quality of welding is superior to hot air welding)
• Own installation organization, perfect experienced installation service
• Technically advanced components (heated over & under pressure valve, ventilators steered in function of existing pressure, less loss of gas in summer!). Snow pulse remover for areas with high probability of snow.
• Patented concepts for insulated double membrane covers.
