Vortex Extraction Digester (VED)

VED Technology: The big disadvantage of the normal CSTR is that the sediments and enrich sands, gravel and other contaminants are accumulated at the flat bottom of the fermenter affecting the operation and efficiency of the system. BEC has designed a unique patented technology where a vortex bottom is constructed; the sediments accumulated are pumped out through the digester bottom easily. Additionally, the agitators and heat exchangers are present externally and thus eliminating complex factors and safety issues. Thus making our technology:
