SergeFerrari Group acquires 60% stake in Membrane Systems Europe BV and Dutch Cover Solutions BV

SergeFerrari Group, a leading global supplier of innovative flexible composite materials under the Serge Ferrari and Verseidag brands, listed on Euronext Paris, has carried out a strategic growth operation with the acquisition of a 60% stake in Membrane Systems Europe BV (MSE) and Dutch Cover Solutions BV. (DCS). MSE and DCS are specialized in the designing, engineering and installation of single membrane covers, double membrane covers & domes in the international agricultural and biogas market. MSE and DCS, with headquarters in the Netherlands, have realised installations in more than 45 countries.

These acquisitions will allow the SergeFerrari Group to strengthen its ties with players involved in the transformation of its composite materials and provide MSE and DCS with the means to fund their development. MSE and DCS will be supported to develop new services, to accelerate the development of innovative products and to further grow the worldwide sales and distribution network. The companies will supplement the business segment already present within the Group thanks to Verseidag subsidiary DBDS.
